License & Activation Support

How to Activate

  1. Open School Manager Pro on your PC.
  2. Or go to Settings > License.
  3. Enter your registered **Email Address**.
  4. Enter the **License Key** formatted as `SM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX`.
  5. Click **Activate**.

Troubleshooting

Hardware Mismatch Error

Your license is bound to your computer's motherboard and hard drive. If you move the software to a new PC, you must purchase a new seat or contact support to reset your key.

Invalid Key Format

Ensure you include the SM- prefix and all hyphens. Do not add spaces.
